Today I’m grateful for my health. It’s not perfect, but my healthy routines are getting better and better. Changing lifestyle is not easy, three months since I started and for the first time in 15 years I feel hunger! To me that is a huge step away from my eating disorder πŸ‘πŸ» #creatingmypath
